I don’t eat too much food at one time. I eat six to seven meals a day, which means I have a small breakfast in the morning and then I have a little salad. Then I have some curry and make bread. In the evening, I will take biscuits with me. Then I start the same meal plan again at night. Now, when most people are eaters in the beginning, big problems arise for them, but let me remind you of one thing: If you stick with this routine for 40 to 50 days, it will become second nature to you and you won’t feel hungry as often. This is a trick. We have to run this system as a feedback and manage everything. Make your meals smaller and increase their number.
Increase your exercise routine and give maximum time to exercise. I cannot walk that much. I will walk 10 yards at most. How will I walk? But then I also do Axel Five while sitting. I mean, I do arm exercises, I do back exercises while sitting and I use the stairs inside the house. Thank you very much. Your blood sugar decreases when you do that strenuous work and do fast-paced activities, due to which your sugar can be controlled. Now you can go to the gym. You can do cardio. Leave the rest of the bakery items and focus on the things that reduce your sugar level and eat them in moderation so that your sugar level is also controlled and you can enjoy what you have.
